Our Passion
Philately has long been a part of Tom’s family, beginning with Toms great grandfather in the 1800’s. Stamp collecting started for Tom at the age of nine when his maternal Grandfather introduced him to the hobby. Grandpa Leigh was a long time Philatelist, becoming President of the Airmail Society during his lifetime. Stamp Art became our brainchild in 1998. Christi got us started by matting and framing stamps for collectors. Tom took over and in 2000 did our first stamp show. He was hooked!!! and hasn’t looked back since. As a dealer, Tom is driven to assist collectors in filling those empty spaces in their collections. As a result, Stamp Art has enjoyed steady growth every year we’ve been in business becoming one of the largest floor to ceiling (FTC) dealers in the country. We appear at over 45 Philatelic shows around the country every year. This year (2020) we launched our eCommerce website to complement our show appearances and look forward to being able to service our customers throughout the year.
Our Mission
To assist the philatelic collector in filling those easy or hard to fill spaces whether they are a beginner or advanced collector. In addition, we strive to advance the hobby of Philately by encouraging those just entering the hobby with education and/or assistance whatever their needs may be.
